All items are sold as is / where is. We accept payment in cash, Zelle, Visa and Mastercard with a 3% service fee. You will be required to pay sales tax unless you have a valid exemption certificate. There will be a 15% buyers premium on all purchases. Buyers must bring their own tools and equipment for removal of large items as well as help to load. Auction staff will not assist in loading your items. All items must be paid in full before removal.
