All items are sold as is / where is. We accept payment in cash, Zelle, Visa and Mastercard with a 3% service fee, Checks with bank letter of guarantee. You will be required to pay sales tax unless you have a valid exemption certificate. If you like you can contact Stella the site admin to get your sales certificate in by texting an image with bidder number Feel Free to call the auction Admin Stella the Dallas Main Number: 940-284-6421 by sending the tax form ahead of time your tax will be removed when invoices is emailed at close of auction. There will be a 15% buyers premium on all purchases. Buyers must bring their own tools and equipment for removal of large items as well as help to load. Auction staff will not assist in loading your items. All items must be paid in full before removal. specific items of rolling stock will have buyers premium discounted to 10%
