• 15% Buyer's Premium will be added at the conclusion of the sale, as well as tax. CASH ONLY NO CHECK OR CREDIT CARDS! We will take Chase Quick Pay / Zelle to Phillip Hodges 972-786-4654
• TAX EXEMPT? Please provide a copy of your Tax Exempt Form at time of checkout and we will be happy to remove the tax. Copies for printing can be found at the bottom of our website. Just click the link.
• Lots will close at 3 per minute. Unless a bid is placed in the last 3 minutes, then 3 more minutes will be added. 
• By bidding you agree to:
  • Be on the premises at your own risk. We are not responsible for any incident that may occur when on the property. 
  • Be responsible for the loading of your own items. We do not provide help, plan ahead when buying a lot or heavy items. 
  • Pickup by the given pickup dates, if you do not there will be a $25 Rescheduling Fee where rescheduling is available. In lockout situations we charge disposal fees for leftover invoices.
  • If you fail to pay for your invoice or make arrangements with the auctioneer by the end of the given pickup day, your number will be blocked, and a Reinstatement Fee will be charged to regain access. 
  • Refunds are only given in the case of a missing item, incorrect count, or an incorrect description i.e. Description says "Shark Professional Steam Cleaner" you receive "Dirt Devil Handheld Vacuum"
